The Panache Weight Loss Challenge

The Panache Weight Loss Challenge is not a diet, but a whole new way of life! In just 12 weeks Chris Morgan, our wellness coach, will teach you the skills and knowledge required to lose weight and keep it off permanently.

The course starts with an in-depth personal consultation, during which Chris will discuss your existing diet and un- dertake a full body composition analysis. This includes evaluating you metabolic rate, body fat levels, hydration level, metabolic age and bone mass. With this informa- tion we will calculate your calorie ceiling and personal protein target; we can then design a programme specifically tailored to you.

For the next 12 weeks we hold weekly meetings with power point presentations explaining facts and science behind a healthy lifestyle. We will also be tracking your progress on a weekly basis.
